This module is a nutrition primer covering the macro- and micronutrients that make up the food that we eat, details on how calories are measured and where this all fits in national nutrition guidelines. Viewers will also gain an understanding of the scope of practice for nutrition professionals and how to find a Registered Dietitian when a referral is appropriate.
